Shipping costs
The shipping costs are all included, so there are no unexpected packaging or handling costs. During ordering the correct shipping costs will automatically be calculated.
Shipping is possible worldwide. The country of dispatch can be chosen during the ordering process. If the country of your choice is not shown in the list, please contact us via info@ingridelias.nl, so we can make arrangements.
The Netherlands;
Shipping costs € 4,95
No shipping costs for orders above € 25
Belgium and Germany;
Shipping costs € 8,95
No shipping costs for orders above € 50
All other countries:
Shipping costs from € 11,75 to € 29,95
No shipping costs for orders above € 125
The actual shipping costs will be shown during the ordering procedure, you then still can the order.
Delivery time
All orders will be sent as soon as possible. The latest shipment time of orders is 4 weeks.
When the order is sent, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow the order.
Ingrid Elias Botanical Art can not be held responsible for delays during transport.
Delivery and shipping
The original paintings and Fine Art Prints will normally be delivered unframed.
If you prefer to purchase an original painting or a Fine Art Print framed, you can contact us via info@ingridelias.nl
Framed artworks will not be shipped and can only be picked up from the studio.
Delivery is handled by MyParcel and PostNL. Your order is usually dispatched within 3 weeks. Delivery usually takes place within one week of the dispatch conformation, although this cannot be guaranteed, as occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside our control. Note that international customs charges are for the buyers account.
If you notice any damage when your package is being delivered, you can either refuse the shipment as (damaged – return to sender) or you can request the delivery company to mark the tracking as (received damaged, subject to further inspection). Please file the claim immediately! You also must keep all boxes and packing material. When you contact us you have to inform us with the tracking number off your box, a description of the damage and its value. For any claims you have to make photo’s of the damaged package and send them to Ingrid Elias Botanical Art.
Minimum order amount
In the online store is a minimum order amount of € 3,95 required. This means that you can also order just one card for the price of € 3,95, exclusive shipping costs.
Payments
All mentioned prices are included 21% VAT and excluded shipping costs.
You can pay your order safely via iDEAL or PayPal or when you pick up your order from the studio you can pay cash or by debit card.
